For Britain SS shows King's Cross. COS shows the Weasly's flying Ford Anglia. POA shows Buckbeak with Harry and Hermionie on his back. GOF shows Harry fighting the Hungarian Horntail. OOTP is, of course, Fawkes. HBP shows Harry and Professor Dumbledore. DH has (my guess) Harry, Ron and Hermionie breaking into Gringott's.
