It's probably not very clear, but atleast you can tell it's the mall from 換換愛/Why Why Love! It's an OK mall, but it doesn't have many decent shops. Plus, it's out of Taipei City, kinda near 圓山飯店, which is an very famous hotel in the outskirts of Taipei.
Yah, so on about mall. On weekends it doesn't have a lot of customers, also because it's not very close to the subway! You can actually see that in Why Why Love, when 童嘉蒂/Tong Jia Di and 霍達/Huo Da walk to the nearest subway station. But in real life, the subway is so far away from Miramar, you get crazy even when you ride the bus from the subway. ^_^
Actually, not only WWL has made Miramar into a setting. DBY did too, when they were on the ferris wheel. The ferris wheel is pretty cool, especially because a couple have glass bottoms! And it's really pretty at night, when it shines green.
My Lucky Star also made a short appearance inside Miramar. Or maybe I should say, in the parking lots by Carrefour. :D But it was very short, only a couple seconds in the first episode.

SONY BMG 2008 Fair~Taipei 101
WOW! Yeah, I really did take this picture! ^_^
I just went to the Taipei 101 mall on a random Saturday, and saw amazing 賴雅妍/Mehan Lai! She was performing for the 2008 Sony BMG Fair, which was totally awesome! She looks much prettier in real life! ^_^
Right, the fair isn't inside the Taipei 101 mall, but outside, next to where the fountains used to be. So when I walked in, I saw someone singing onstage, but my first thought was that it was someone unfamous. No wait, I first mistook her for Hebe, from S.H.E., but with a second thought, anyone would know that was kinda impossible!
Plus, Megan sang the 轉角遇到愛/Corner With Love Theme Song! It was awesome!
But there is one thing I really regret. On the program, it says that 王傳一/Kingone Wang, performed before her! OMG, I practically fainted. Kingone is one of my favorite singers! Continued on the program, it said the next day Wang Leehom was set to perform. Leehom is awesome too! Unluckily, I had stuff to do that day. >_<
After all, it was a worthwhile experience!

命中注定我愛你/Fated To Love You OST
This is the new 命中注定我爱你/Fated To Love You OST that just came out. I think the songs are really good! I've only heard of 99次我愛他/99 Times I Love Him, and 心願便利貼/Sticky Notes With Wishes, but the rest are pretty good. They even had a song by Gary Cao, who lately came out with a album, Sunshine Sunshine. Wait, I'm not so sure that that song was part of FTLY.
99次我愛他/99 Times I Love Him Lyrics:
保加利亞玫瑰的精油
全滴在他 剛才牽過我的手
橫衝直撞 我的心像一顆躲避球
誰懂愛停在手裡多久
The oil from the rose floral water
all dripped onto the hand that he used to hold mine
Dashing blindly, my heart is like a dodge ball
Who knows how long love will stay in our hands
學問道理教科書都有
戀愛上上籤到底哪裡求
如果有教授 我一定要努力修
丘比特呀快為我加油
Knowledge, facts, textbooks all exist
Where do I learn to love?
If there’s a professor, I’ll definitely take the course
Cupid please encourage me
多想帶著雷達 到他夢裡 仔細調查
愛的正卡還有沒有副卡
也想拿起掃把 在他心底 洗洗刷刷
不專心的念頭 哎咿哎咿 都清除啦
How I wish I can bring a radar into his dreams and examine it
Is there another back-up card behind love’s main card?
I want to take up a broom and clean up his heart
Swish swish swish and clear up all his other thoughts
九十九次我愛他 少了眼皮會亂眨
要他能心電感應我的想法
每天念著他的名字 哎咿哎咿 一句不差
99 times I love him. Without him my eye will blink uncontrollably
I want to telepath my ideas to him
so I keep repeating his names. Not missing a single syllabus.
九十九次我愛他 少了頭髮會分岔
要他的想念每天準時打卡
愛像冰淇淋在(我)嘴裡溶化
99 times I love him. Without him my hair will split
The desire for him prompts me everyday
Love melts like an ice-cream bar in my mouth
P.S. Blogger is making weird things happening to my fonts. So excuse me for the mess!

2009 Beijing Olympic Themes
This is the 2009 Beijing Olympic Themes, oh, from Taiwan. I think the songs are only OK...
But probably, if I HAD to pick one, I like LeeHom's better. It's really touching, especially when he sings in English. Jay's is GOOD, but not good enough for the Olympic themes. But I know about half of the people like Jay and the other half support Leehom. That was only my opinion! ^_^

Nobuta Wo Produce/野ブタ。をプロデュース Review
This drama IS kinda old, but yah. I didn't watch it b4 becuz the only version was with chinese subs, and even tho my chinese is pretty good now, (I can watch 命中注定我愛你/Fated To Love You with chinese subs!) doesn't mean it was 3 years ago. Woah! 3 years ago! That is ancient...
I remember I watched the first 3 eps, then gave up. So I pretty much remembered some stuff.
I found this drama on youtube, then layed it off for about a couple weeks, then when I wanted to watch it, some thing was wrong with the copyrights. Yah, well...I practically had a heart attack when I heard...
LUCKILY, I remembered to search Mysoju, which has a WIDE variety of dramas collected there.
While I watched the 8th ep, I searched wikipedia, and it had a whole big spoiler. I read it, and I saw everything! Geez, I totally regret that.
DramaWiki Synopsis:
Kiritani Shuji is the popular guy who gets along with everyone, from the jerks to the nerds to the just plain weird. The one person Shuji cannot stand is Kusano Akira. To Shuji, Akira is just plain annoying. He laughs, talks and acts funny. Things heat up when a new student comes to school. Her name is Kotani Nobuko, a girl who has no self confidence at all and is content at being made fun of and bullied in school. Shuji and Akira come to an accord that in order to make use of their "youth" they will "produce" Nobuko as the next popular girl. One of the conditions, however, is that nobody should find out that they are working together as a team to make this concept possible. Unveiled here is the story of true friendship between three unlikely candidates who would not have been friends if not given the special circumstances.
As for the cast and class list, it has too many words. So if you want to see, click here.
Otherwise, look below!
I think it's so coolio! ^_^

微笑PASTA- Apologize MV
Ok, so recently, I'm been getting addicted to fanmade MV's. This one is really good. I mean, really. Smiling Pasta is a really really funny drama, but it seems so serious here!
This is not the original, because for some reason, that person wouldn't let people embedd! I mean, we just want to share it with other people! Click here to watch original. At least he/she can't disable the links...

命中注定我愛你/Fated To Love You Pre-Opinion
This is a new drama, and I have to say, I'm so impressed! It's episode ratings can get as high as 5.11! And it only has broadcasted 5 episodes! It's even better than the ever amazing ISWAK....but again it's about some nerdy and stupid girl who likes a rich and handsome guy. Which is OK, becuz it switches things around, and it has a lot of different ideas. It's worth watching, of course.
SYNOPSIS:
A really unfashionable working class girl Chen Xin Yi has the desire to tie down her handsome boyfriend to be with her. Due to certain reasons, her boyfriend gets her to go on a love cruise and she started to ponder on how to lose her virginity and tie down her boyfriend. Xin Yi ended up taking cold medicine which made her drowsy and went into Ji Cun Xi's room. Cun Xi is the sole male heir to his family's company and has been in love with his girlfriend, Anna, for a long time. He planned to propose to Anna on the boat but she didn't turn up on the cruise. An island owner added drugs into Cun Xi's drink and Cun Xi became disorientated and returned to his own room. Xin Yi and Cun Xi end up having a one night stand. Xin Yi later finds out that she's pregnant and Cun Xi's grandmother forces them to get married. Will a couple forced to marry for the sake of their unborn child find love with each other?
Yah, it's nice. I guess. Finish the first 5 eps, and this Sunday, fantastic ep 6 will show!

蕭敬騰-小S-你最珍貴-精華合唱版
WARNING:If you read my recent post about Nicholas Teo @ Blackie's Teenage Club, then this will make a whole lot more sense to you!
SECOND WARNING: You have better heard of the popular Taiwan show, 超級星光大道/One Million Star, or else you won't know who 蕭敬騰/Jam Xiao is. Click here for more info.
This is a video from 小S and 大S's TV show, 大小愛吃/ Little Big S. I heard of Jam Xiao from OMS, when he PKed with Aska Yang/楊宗緯. Click here for more info.
He rocks! But seriously, he is in deep need of a haircut.
小S has always loved to do outrageous things, and I'm not a bit surprised she's the one singing.
BUT, I still like 大S better, because she was in Corner With Love!

Nicholas Teo 張棟樑 @ Blackie's Teenage Club
I watched this video tons of times, but I still love it! Nicholas Teo's expressions are so funny! Especially when he asks why they're calling a name- 安娜/Anna, and then the host explains its in Taiwanese- 怎樣/What!!?
When he's asked to make "angry" expressions, I'm pretty sure I've seen them before in Smiling Pasta! ^_^ Nicholas Teo rocks!
If you want to see a second part to this video, click here. But in my opinion, it's OK. The girl sings out of tune, but the song is really pretty...if songs can be described as pretty!
Oh, I just checked the comments, and that "pretty" song is: 你最珍貴 by 張學友 and 高慧君 (Jacky Cheung & Gao Hui Jun - Ni Zui Zhen Gui) click here to hear original MV

Lan Qiu Huo/籃球火 Preview
Upper Pic: Wu Chun, Alan Luo, and Jerry Yan (left to right)
Lower Pic: Coco Jiang, Alan Luo, Jerry Yan, and Wu Chun (again left to right)
I think Jerry has been quiet for a while, working on his album with the rest of F4.
Alan, on the other hand, has been really busy after his amazing drama, Corner With Love, starring with Barbie Xu. I also noticed that he is in a wide variety of commercials and ads. ^_^
Wu Chun had a famous works with Ariel Lin and Ella Chen a couple years ago, but until a couple months ago, he also hadn't really been in the spotlight. His drama, Romantic Princess, with Angela Zhang, made fans realize that Wu Chun was stable in his acting AND singing. I heard in a news report that someone predicted that Wu Chun wouldn't be in show biz for much longer. Like, only for a couple years, at the most. STILL, Wu Chun owns this exercising company in Malaysia, so he won't be too bad off! :P
DRAMAWIKI SYNOPSIS:
Oh, wait. There isn't any...but geez. It's said right on the title. It's about BASKETBALL.
CAST:
- Jerry Yan as Dong Fang Xiang 東方翔
- Alan Luo as Yuan Da Ying 元大鷹
- Wu Chun as Wu Ji Zun 無極尊
- Zhou Cai Shi
- Coco Jiang
- George Hu
- Yan Li Ting (嚴立婷)
- Michael Zhang
NOTE:
This drama is filmed by Lin He Long/ 林合隆, and to refresh your memory, he is the ever famous director of...I can't list them all...but a bunch of great dramas! Take a look here.

翻滾吧!蛋炒飯/Rolling Love Preview
This is Jiro's new drama. Which I am totally anticipating! The first time I saw Jiro Wang was inside the S.H.E. PLAY MV 謝謝你的溫柔/Thank You For Your Gentleness. At that time, I wasn't too focused on the band 飛倫海/Fahrenheit, so I didn't know who he was. But after I watched 惡作劇之吻/It Started With Kiss, I thought his character was really funny. So I'm definitely looking forward to this new drama!
I've never heard of 唐禹哲/Tang Yu Zhe, but he was in 惡作劇之2吻/They Kiss Again and 終極一家/The X-Family, which I haven't got around to watching yet...
I know 卓文萱/Genie Zhuo from 公主小妹/Romantic Princess, as the female antagonist. I didn't really like her from there, considering she is the "bad guy". But when I watched the Preview, she seemed OK.

SYNOPSIS:
Leng Lie comes from a well-off family and is a Cordon Bleu trained chef who is widely acclaimed for his nearly perfect cuisine. He is admired Internationally by women and chefs as a representative of the highest standards. Though in Leng Lie's heart there is a regret from a Valentines Day two years in the past, as singer/songwriter Guan Xiao Shu suddenly hit the big time. Xiao Shu and Leng Lie grew up together as close friends until one day, Valentine's Day, Leng Lie decided to confess his feelings. Unfortunately, an unexpected accident took place that day. Xiao Shu was victim of a car accident which stole her eyesight. Feeling responsible, Leng Lie decided to take care of Xiao Shu's future, but not wanting a love based on remorse, Xiao Shu rejected him.
One day Xiao Shu entered the "Fried Rice with Egg" diner. The simple and plain fried rice she ate there had an odd effect on her. She felt relaxed and carefree. Odder still, the cook who prepared the meal could only cook eggs and rice. Michelin was new and a rather bumbling chef. Though Michelin possesed a latent talent for cooking he only relied on the skills his father had passed on to him. With this, he had earned himself a reputation and an income in the vilage by producing 100 plates of fried rice with egg each day. Though, upon meeting Xiao Shi the many flavors of food and love opened up to him. Likewise, Michelin's frank nature gives Xiao Shu the ability to cultivate an independent lifestyle. All the while, Leng Lie has stayed by Xiao Shu's side secretly aiding her, witnessing the growing feelings between Xiao Shu and Michelin.

不良笑花~警告
This is Rainie's new mini series. Which is cool, I guess. It's like a fresh breath of air. She's been with Mike He too much. I mean, they match really well, but yah. Sometimes people like new things. And trust me, this is very new.
DramaWiki's Incomplete Synopsis:
Rainie Yang plays a jewelry store owner with no sense of style. When she meets prince charming Dean Fujioka, she consults Will Pan, a poison-tongue stylist, to help revamp her style.
The story is fresh, which is nice to know. ^_^
If you watch the video, Dean Fujioka hardly talks. He's just standing there smiling. Wait, he is Japanese....

Rainie Yang (in Protein)
This is a video from a couple years. But I was totally bored, so started watching these shows. This one is really funny. Rainie is talking about how Mike He always messes with her while they're acting, and stuff. It's cute too.
///Translation///
Thanks to Kittenpaw for writing this translation!

Host 1: But it's also impossible with Mike He?
Rainie: *shakes head* No, not possible.
Host 1: Why?
Rainie: He is very much like...
Rainie: my little brother.
[banner appears in dark blue/purple] "! Mike He is more like a younger brother than a lover/boyfriend?"
Rainie: Really, I don't have a younger brother.
Rainie: But I hear/it seems to me that younger brothers
Rainie: really like to poke fun/mess around
Rainie: and then...
Rainie: purposely say things to induce you to react,
Rainie: that kind of behavior.
Host 1: So he's still using the kind of elementary school boys' approach
Host 1: to treat you—
Rainie: *laughs* Yes, yes.
Host 1: Yes, the type that swat you with their backpack,
Host 1: takes your textbooks to graffiti on, that kind?
Rainie: Yes, sort of like that.
Rainie: For example, like
Rainie: the type to take your powder compact and hide it, that kind!
Host 1: Ahh *nods* Then he really likes you!
Rainie: *shakes hand* No, it's not like that!
Host 1: Well, at least he's pretty interested, I feel.
Rainie: No, most likely not, because...
Host 1: —he acts this way.
Rainie: But...
Host 2: Some guys really do express their affections in this way though!
(in the background) Host 1: Agreed.
Rainie: Well, there's one type of girl, the type who won't get mad
Rainie: and simply ignore him. Then it wouldn't be fun for him.
Rainie: But I'm the type where,
Rainie: if you take my powder compact,
Rainie: I will go crazy!!
Rainie: Because I'd be like, "I need to touch up my make up!"
Rainie: And then I will want to steal it back,
Rainie: but if he still plays around and teases me,
Rainie: and make me NG,
Rainie: and then I will be like
Rainie: "Now I have to make him NG too!"
Host 1: *looks at host 2 knowingly* Well OK,
Host 1: both of them must have gone to the same elementary school! (regarding Mike and Rainie's childish behavior around each other)
Rainie: *laugh* Yes...
Host 1: So that's why you can interact the way you do!
Rainie: Well if that were really the case, I would be a fifth grader...
Rainie: ...and he would be a second grader!
///Time Check 01:00
Host 1: *laughs* It's about the same.
Host 1: Let's hear what Mike He has to say.
(page turns and camera is on Mike)
Down the right side in blue: Mike He discussing Rainie Yang
Mike: I remember once...
Mike: We are filming something together.
Mike: We—
Mike: Well, we were riding a motorcycle.
Mike: On the motorcycle,
Mike: she needs to do a scene where she cries.
Mike: But then, she couldn't make herself cry for that scene.
(on the side panel) Rainie: *looks surprised*
Mike: But she couldn't cry.
Mike: *laughs* But then the director heard us.
Mike: And then,
Mike: the director—well I forgot what he said precisely—
Mike: lectured that, "If you two want to discuss proper conduct in life,
Mike: then continue this conversation at home,
Mike: don't argue about this now,
Mike: don't discuss this while we're on the set of filming!"
(page turns and camera is back on Rainie)
Host 1: Rainie?
Rainie: I have to explain my side of this!
Rainie: That day, at that shoot,
Rainie: I actually already did many scenes where I have to cry,
[banner appears in dark blue/purple] "! She takes everything seriously, but Mike He misunderstood?"
Rainie: and then that day the weather was incredibly cold,
///Time Check 2:00
Rainie: I try to develop the mood I have to be in for the scene,
Rainie: and it takes awhile [because of the weather].
Rainie: And then I saw that he,
Rainie: —when they film me,
Rainie: he sort of didn't take his part seriously,
Rainie: but when they filmed him,
Rainie: he took his role seriously and acted very well!
Rainie: You can feel the atmosphere well when he was being filmed,
Rainie: you can't completely rely on others.
Rainie: However, I feel like,
Rainie: other than myself being into the role,
Rainie: I also hope that both of us interact.
Rainie: And so,
Rainie: I talked to Mike about this seriously,
Rainie: And I said,
Rainie: Mm, earlier in the scene, when you were testing out the scene,
Host 1: Tell him to not mess around?
Rainie: He said *emulates Mike's deep voice* "Did I? No I didn't!"
Rainie: *continues in a deep voice* "I act the same!" Yeah, like that.
(camera cuts to hosts and audience laughing at Rainie's impersonation of Mike's drawling, deep tone)
Rainie: And then I'd tell him,
(camera cuts to hosts and audience still laughing)
Rainie: I feel like, no matter what,
Rainie: I only hope,
Rainie: in later scenes filming me,
Rainie: we will help each other out (i.e. help each other get in character/ role/mood for the scene)
Rainie: similarly, when we're filming you, I'll help you out too.
Rainie: I was not trying to display an attitude,
Rainie: I was really only trying to say,
Rainie: I think it's necessary for actors to help each other out and interact well in scenes.
Rainie: And then he went,
Rainie: "Why are you making me out to be a bad person?"
Rainie: And then I went,
Rainie: "No one is thinking that,"
Rainie, —no... what did he say? —
Rainie: He said, "Why did you think of me as such a scheming and conniving person,
Rainie: as if I purposely cause you to not act as well as you could?"
/// Time Check 03:00
Rainie: because of that event,
Rainie: my mood was affected,
Rainie: and I felt—
Rainie: Because actually,
Rainie: I actually almost developed that mood [so that I could cry]
Rainie: but it retracted back into me and,
Rainie: I've almost developed and it went away,
Rainie: So that day was a huge strain.
Rainie: I worked with him again on my MV/music video.
Host 1: Do you feel—
Rainie: *guiltily admits* The filming process for that was also full of arguments...
(camera cuts to Host 2 laughing)
Host 1: It is the same for the two of you that you like to bicker, is all?
Rainie: I guess so... well it is,
Rainie: It is an important element in livening things up on the set!
Rainie: if the two of us didn't bicker that day, then the set would be very quiet and boring.
Rainie: Yeah, but—
Host 2: What do the two of you usually argue about?
Rainie: Usually? Very minor things!
Rainie: Or it'd be that he flicks my ear,
Rainie: or wants to poke at my mole.
[banner appears in dark blue/purple] "! Mike He likes to poke at Rainie Yang's mole?"
Rainie: He feels like my mole gets in his way,
Rainie: because he gets irritated at seeing it!
(camera cuts to Host 1 nodding to Host 2 in an "Is that so?" look)
/// Time Check 04:00
Rainie: Yes! And then I'd be like,
Rainie: —and I've already told him!—
Rainie: I get really scared of people poking my mole,
Rainie: since I was young, there would be people pointing at my mole and saying,
Rainie: "It's a fly!"
Rainie: So ever since I was little I'd hate it when people get close
Rainie: and point at it like this!
Rainie: But he really actually took a cotton swab and poked at me!
Rainie: *gets into a sneaky position* He'd be like this,
Rainie: *in the same pose* he'd really act like this!
Rainie: And then he'd POKE!
Rainie: And then I'd go,
Rainie: "Didn't I tell you not to poke it?"
Rainie: And he'd be like,
Rainie: *in Mikes deep voice* "You're not getting mad anyways~~~" ß like that!
Rainie: And then I'd immediately ignore him for three days! *laughs guiltily*

Mike: Every scene, every shoot,
Mike: You should be serious in every one of them!"
Mike: Then as a result, me and her,
Mike: we would argue over this.
(on the side panel) Rainie: Yeah, we did have a fight.
Mike: I feel like, isn't it obvious that I'm not?
Mike: I don't really purposely act this way,
Mike: but then she'd be like,
Mike: well I'd tell her, you can't,
Mike: you can't act like you know more and tell me how to act!
