This book is about a girl who is cursed to be obedient to any order whether to sit still for a day or to behead herself. So Ella sets off to find the fairy who cursed her and to stop the curse once and for all.

This is a very good book. It is a twist of the fairy tale Cinderella. I recommend this book to 5th thru 7th grade.
